An urban regeneration project by Cooprogetti, creating new educational spaces for the community through the enhancement of existing buildings.

The new “Il Cerbiatto” Nursery School has been inaugurated in Gubbio. The facility was created by converting part of the multi-storey car park within the PUC1 urban development programme, in the San Pietro district.

Cooprogetti Società Cooperativa oversaw the entire design process, from preliminary, detailed and executive design through to the technical development of certain sections of the building, including during the construction supervision phase.

Cooprogetti’s design team, coordinated by Architect Sonia Alunno, included Architects Tania Carranza and Mariano Sebastian Rolon, who contributed to the project’s development at its various stages, addressing the technical and architectural complexities involved in transforming and repurposing an existing structure.
