Fifty years of design, innovation and shared growth. Cooprogetti, one of Italy’s leading engineering companies, celebrated this important milestone with a special event involving its Italian and South American offices, bringing together members, employees, institutions and partners.
The event provided an opportunity to reflect on a history built on multidisciplinary expertise, a cooperative culture and the ability to interpret territorial transformations across the fields of infrastructure, building design, hydraulic and sanitary engineering, asset maintenance and agriculture.
The day opened with the National Assembly of Design and Engineering Cooperatives, focused on the challenges facing the sector, including sustainability, technological innovation, resource planning and new approaches to design and engineering.
Among the most meaningful moments of the celebration was the dedication of Cooprogetti’s headquarters garden to Valter Fabio Filippetti. During the ceremony, a sculpture by the Gubbio-based artist Tony Bellucci was also unveiled in honour of the cooperative’s founding member and long-serving president.
The garden thus becomes a place of memory and shared values, preserving and passing on the human, professional and cultural legacy of a figure who played a decisive role in Cooprogetti’s growth and international development.
The celebrations continued in the evocative setting of the Park Hotel ai Cappuccini with a special meeting, during which the commemorative video dedicated to Cooprogetti’s 50th anniversary was screened. The film recounts the history, values, projects and people who have contributed to shaping the cooperative’s identity.

The evening concluded with a convivial gathering, celebrating not only an important milestone but also a shared vision for the future.
