Sidi Fredj Thalassotherapy Centre

The intervention planned for the Sidi Fredj Thalassotherapy Center includes the redevelopment of existing buildings and outdoor spaces. The hotel is a building of modern architecture on 7 levels, whose three facades overlook the Algerian sea and the total covered area is about 4,200 square meters; 35,000 square meters are occupied by outdoor spaces, green areas, equipped, walks, roads, and although there is no element that evokes the Algerian architectural tradition the location of the site, the close relationship of the orography of the ground with some solutions of the open spaces and the aerodynamic shape of the structure give the center of Thalassotherapy a normal and functional autonomy that makes the building, inside the site of Sidi Fredj, architectural eminence of reference.
