S.G.C. E78 Grosseto-Fano − Selci Lama (E45) Section – S. Stefano Di Gaifa – Section 5 – Lot 4

The project is part of a complex set of interventions, partly completed and partly underway for upgrading and completing the E78 Grosseto–Fano route, designed to establish a transversal connection between the Tuscany, Umbria, and Marche regions. The intervention in question belongs to Section 5 and constitutes Lot 4. The bypass under intervention allows traffic to avoid the town of Mercatello sul Metauro; specifically, a two-lane upgrade has been designed for the Mercatello sul Metauro West – Mercatello sul Metauro East section. The work falls within road category type C1.
