Multipurpose youth center in Tuturano – Brindisi

The proposed intervention, for the Urban Regeneration Program of the Tuturano District, provides for the creation of a Youth Dynamics Center within the existing prefabricated structure and the definition of small sales and service spaces within the adjacent building. It tends to define a new urban polarity connoting a permeable public space and wide use within the entire lot of intervention. The project seeks a strong relationship both perceptive and functional between the confined interior space and the outdoor spaces: large windows will allow light to filter and structure a close perceptive relationship between users of the new multipurpose center and users of outdoor areas.
