Work is likely to start in September on the first section of the Brt, the Bus rapid transit linking Castel del Piano to Fontivegge. In fact, bids were opened in recent days for the integrated design and construction contract for the more than 74 million euro project, financed with funds from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

Design: the lead firm is Rpa of Perugia, while other partners are Net Engineering of Padua, Ets Engineering of Bergamo and Cooprogetti of Gubbio.
