Cooprogetti renews its commitment to social engagement alongside the amateur sports association Reggio Bic, affiliated with the Italian Wheelchair Basketball Federation (FIPIC), by supporting the National Serie A Wheelchair Basketball Championship.
Today, at the press room of Palacalafiore in Reggio Calabria, the press conference presenting the 2025-2026 FIPIC National Serie A Championship was held, which also celebrated an important announcement: Reggio Calabria will host the 2026 EuroCup 2 Wheelchair Basketball Finals, scheduled from 22 to 26 April at Palacalafiore.
The event, hosted by Reggioacanestro publisher Giovanni Mafrici, saw the participation of General Manager Amelia Cugliandro, Coach Antonio Cugliandro, Professor Eduardo Lamberti Castronuovo (RTV publisher, official broadcaster), and Sports Delegate Giovanni Latella.
Representing Cooprogetti were Technical Director Arch. Elisa Crimi, Head of DIPG – Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Equality, and Counsellor Eleonora Gitto, demonstrating the company’s commitment to and support for a sports organisation that embodies the values of determination, solidarity and resilience.
During the meeting, General Manager Amelia Cugliandro thanked Arch. Crimi and Cooprogetti for renewing their support, emphasising the importance of a collaboration that strengthens both the sports project and its values.
