The approval of the Final Project represents an important step for the redevelopment of Piazza Turi Ferro and Via di Prima in Catania. The project, as part of the completion of the San Berillo Redevelopment Plan, aims at the urban redevelopment of approximately 11,000 square metres of the historic centre, through the enhancement of the cultural heritage, environmental sustainability and technological innovation. The project redesigns the public space with large green areas intended to create a new space dedicated to leisure time and socialising, encouraging the active participation of the community, contributing to social redevelopment and the growth of a sense of belonging to the community.
