AIDIA Reggio Calabria is launching a mentorship programme dedicated to young women in the fields of engineering and architecture. A concrete opportunity for both professional and personal growth, fostered through dialogue with accomplished female professionals. On 3 July, at the Department of Engineering of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, as part of the thematic sessions, architect Elisa Crimi — AIDIA member and Cooprogetti representative for DiPG Certification — delivered a talk entitled: “Working (also) to transform the system.”
A valuable testimony to how professional commitment can become a driver of change towards a STEM world aligned with the values of gender equality, diversity, and inclusion. The awards ceremony was attended by architect Santina Dattola, President of the Order of Architects P.P.C. of the Province of Reggio Calabria; engineer Francesco Foti, President of the Order of Engineers of the same province; and engineer Domenico Condelli, CNI Councillor — a presence that highlighted the institutional and cultural importance of the initiative.
