Cooprogetti, in RTP with Econsulting and SPI, was awarded the tender for the assignment of the technical services of works management, accounting and safety coordination during the execution phase of the ‘Eco-energy redevelopment and urban regeneration for lots 5 and 6 of the residential complex of Monterusciello (Pozzuoli), which include

• 30 residential buildings (461 dwellings)
• Green areas and car parks
• Archaeological area and square in Via Umberto Saba

The aim is to modernise the buildings with advanced energy solutions and redevelop public spaces to improve the quality of life.
