A route of about seven kilometers with four lanes, 2.242 kilometers of which are in tunnels, mostly natural, designed in such a way as to ensure a reduction in land consumption and which has landscape and architectural and environmental improvement as its leading element, which will reduce light vehicle traffic by 20 percent (8700 fewer vehicles per day, corresponding to a 43-kilometer queue) and heavy vehicle traffic by 44 percent (1600 trucks per day, corresponding to 20 kilometers when placed in a queue) in the Collestrada area.
