The program involves the construction and refurbishment of hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Municipalities of Tupiza and Villaz\u00f3n, in the Department of Potos\u00ed, with the aim of strengthening access to quality healthcare services for the local population. The design and construction phases of the project are being developed using the BIM methodology. The total investment amounts to approximately 237.8 million Bolivianos (USD 34.17 million) and, to date, the works have reached 55% progress. Under the FIDIC Yellow Book contractual framework, Cooprogetti acts as the Engineer, ensuring technical supervision of the execution and adaptation of the facilities. Activities include quality control of the works, verification of compliance with design specifications, monitoring of environmental and social aspects, as well as supervision of specialist systems, including medical gas systems and electrical and thermomechanical installations.
