A moment of shared reflection and personal growth designed to strengthen the value of human relationships within the work team, based on inclusion, listening, appreciation of diversity, empowerment, and shared well-being. Experiential activities, reflections, and moments of dialogue provided an important opportunity to explore themes related to self-awareness, motivation, empathy, and the activation of positive thinking, with particular attention to personal well-being, the development of one\u2019s life purpose, and the definition of personal values, fostering a positive balance between personal and professional life.
