The choice of an XLAM (cross-laminated timber) structure allows for a combination of seismic resistance, thermal and acoustic comfort, and rapid construction, while maintaining a reduced environmental footprint. The project fully aligns with European and national policies on ecological transition and innovation in public administration, enhancing both architectural quality and student well-being.
