A concrete opportunity for both professional and personal growth, fostered through dialogue with accomplished female professionals. On 3 July, at the Department of Engineering of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, as part of the thematic sessions, architect <strong>Elisa Crimi<\/strong> \u2014 AIDIA member and Cooprogetti representative for DiPG Certification \u2014 delivered a talk entitled: &#8220;Working (also) to transform the system.&#8221;<br data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"712\" \/>A valuable testimony to how professional commitment can become a driver of change towards a STEM world aligned with the values of gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
