The program, based on an integrated approach, is replicated by volunteers in <strong>44 prisons across Argentina<\/strong> and in <strong>16 institutions<\/strong> in six other countries: <strong>Chile, El Salvador, Spain, Kenya, Peru, and Uruguay<\/strong>. The goal is to provide a second chance to those who have served their sentence, reducing the risk of recidivism and facilitating a positive reintegration into society.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"1063\">Thanks to this partnership, <strong>five former inmates<\/strong> are now employed at <strong>Cooprogetti&#8217;s Buenos Aires<\/strong> headquarters, demonstrating how access to the labor market can be a turning point in the lives of those who have experienced difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1092\"><strong>A life-changing model<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Espartano program is an innovative project that, through rugby and personalized support, aims to <strong>reduce the recidivism rate from 65% to 5%<\/strong>, while promoting a culture based on work and education. The Foundation\u2019s intervention methodology is built on three key pillars:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1669\">\n<li data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1456\"><strong data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1396\">Sport and spirituality<\/strong>, to foster discipline, respect, and a sense of belonging.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1562\"><strong data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1495\">Education and technical training<\/strong>, to provide concrete skills and facilitate social reintegration.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1669\"><strong data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1582\">Job placement<\/strong>, to create employment opportunities and support the reintegration of former inmates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1703\"><strong>A commitment to the future<br \/>\n<\/strong>Cooprogetti firmly believes that true inclusion comes through work and the opportunity for redemption.
